Scroll any frame. One row, one rule, everywhere. The row lists ancestors and never names the page; the page names itself in the body, at the same size, with the same sub-line, on every screen. A row exists only when there is an ancestor to name — no ancestors, no row, never a lone chevron. Backgrounds follow content, not area: grey behind floating cards and tile grids, white behind lists and forms. The five long forms pin the row so their exit cannot scroll away. There is no second header type and no account-area variant.
